Where to deliver the goods?

Please deliver the goods to the address we have provided, enclosing the delivery note. For faster warranty service, we recommend that you contact one of the following authorised service centres if the brand is listed.

How long will the repair take? 

Normally within 30 calendar days the appliance is repaired, unless you need to order a part from the manufacturer. You will be informed by your manager or the repairer as soon as the product is ready.

In which cases is the manufacturer's warranty invalid? 

1. the goods are subject to mechanical damage caused by the user, including in cases of natural disasters such as storms, fire, floods, etc. This also includes situations where foreign objects such as liquids, soot or insects enter the device.
2. the product has been damaged as a result of improper installation, transport or storage, or in cases where the requirements specified in the user manual have not been observed during operation.
3. non-standard power supplies, accessories, spare parts or consumables not certified by the manufacturer have been used during use and have caused damage to the appliance.
4. the appliance has not been serviced (if required).
5. the product has been attempted to be repaired independently or by an unauthorised repairer, including tampering with the manufacturer's warranty seal or serial number.
6. the appliance is used for industrial or professional purposes unless specifically authorised by the manufacturer in its instructions.
